My name is Ashley and I am a therapist, and private practice owner in Denver, Colorado. After years in private practice I noticed the ongoing negative impact of screen time and social media on my client's lives.

If I want to be honest, I was a new mom and began noticing the same negative impact in my own life. Desperate for a break from postpartum life, yet riddled with guilt every time I picked up my phone.

The Screen Time Audit was developed out of an exercise I created for my own therapy clients. I saw that after we addressed screen time, my clients found freedom and clarity to address their larger problems. I started my own journey and saw mom guilt transform into genuine connection online.

I am a big believer that mental health tools should not be limited to a therapy session sofa. My goal is to cultivate mental wellness through education. I am thrilled to be able to bring you this useful and practical program.
